Healthy Spinach Roti

Ingredients: 1.        1 big bowl finely chopped spinach leaves 2.        1 cup jowar flour 3.        3/4 th cup whole wheat flour 4.        1/3 cup bajara flour 5.        ¼ th cup curd 6.        ½teaspoon turmeric, roasted sesame, asafetida(hing), red chili powder, cumin powder, whole cumin 7.        ¼th  teaspoon of carom seeds (ajwain) 8.        2 tablespoon kasuri methi( dried fenugreek leaves) 9.        1 finely chopped green chili 10.    1/4 th cup chopped coriander 11.    Salt as per taste 12.    Oil as needed 13.    Clarified butter as required Servings: 3 Procedure 1.        In a bowl, add finely chopped spinach leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric, sesame, red chili powder, cumin powder, ajwain, salt, finely chopped green chilies and dry fenugreek leaves. 2.        In a small pan, add two teaspoon oil.
